I once again am more than satisfied with a Kina and Tam product. This dress is made out of great quality fabric. It’s very cute and I love the design. It’s great on its own and also with layered with leggings.
This dress is Amazing. I absolutely love the design, the fabric, the shape, the fit... all the design details are gorgeous. The length is great, I’m relatively short (5’3”) and I think it looks right on me, but I don’t think it’s so short that it wouldn’t work for someone taller.
The fabric and fit is breathable and light but still has some structure to it. I am very particular about the material of my clothing, and I'm super happy with this fabric. I also haven’t noticed the white on the bottom half being transparent at all which is great!
The only potential drawback I can think of is that the sleeve cuffs are quite fitted, they fit my wrists well but that means there’s not much wiggle room if I wanted to push them up or just have greater mobility for my arms. That said, the cuffs can be unbuttoned if you need or want to push the sleeves up, have more room, etc.
Also, I typically wear a size small in other brands, but I got a medium in this dress and I love the fit.

I mainly buy their denim & knits - so that may be why this dress felt so different in quality, as I've never bought their fabric items before. However, this dress feels a lot worse in quality than the items I've bought from this company. The fabric is really stiff, feels cheap, & makes an annoying sound that reminds me of Shein or other fast fashion brands. It really feels like a downgrade in quality from their other products. I also hate how the patchwork design doesn't continue onto the back (which they hide in the product photos, which is REALLY frustrating as it does make me feel like they're trying to hide that fact). Instead, it's just blank blue space, adding to the really cheap look & making it feel like a Halloween costume. I was really excited about this dress, as I do wear things that I bought in 2019 from them to this day & have come to expect that these items will be an investment into my wardrobe for many years. I'm a college student, so I'm not able to spend a lot, & I'm really saddened to see that this product, for me, doesn't feel up to par with other items that I've purchased. Definitely not atrocious, but also not worth $100 or even $60 for the quality that you're getting. I'm a long-time, loyal customer, & I don't think this will discourage me from continuing to shop from them, maybe just stick to denim & knitted objects.

The fabric is the same as our High Tea dress, which has received excellent reviews for its fabrication, so it's surprising to hear this. We also put a lot of work into the patchwork and details of the dress.
