1. You can make a return request for any item (except earrings and socks for hygiene purposes) within 30 days of receiving your package by emailing us at kinaandtam@gmail.com.
2. If your refund is accepted the cost of returning the goods to us is at your expense. You can request a return shipping label and we will let you know the cost calculated based off your location. This is most likely the cheapest option. If you would prefer to use your own shipping method, we can pass you our return address via email.
3. You must repack your items into the original clear plastic clothing bags that they came in before you ship it back to us. This is very important for us to streamline our returns process.
4. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 1-2 weeks for returns and refunds to be processed.
