The Cubis Cardigan

The garment has great hand feel & looks good, however despite reviewing the size measurements before buying the garment, It still was smaller than I was expecting. Ideally, I had been hoping to get the garment in an oversized look that matched the model pictures. Taking into account my stockier build as a man and the oversized look I was going for, I ordered a couple sizes larger than I typically do but even then the garment fits me like a true to size cropped cardigan instead of the way I'd wanted in the model pictures. The main reason why I got the sizing wrong was likely that the shoulder measurements weren't listed; and while I can guess-timate the shoulders based on the chest measurements, estimating for a brand that caters more to women makes that difficult. Having the shoulder measurements would have put the overall garment sizing into better perspective so I could understand what sizes would give me the proportions I want. The fabric will gradually relax with time and wear, so I think I'll grow to like it, but it wasn't what I had initially planned for during the purchase.

I was so excited to receive this sweater and so completely disappointed when the arms were too tight. I had been careful to check the measurements before ordering and it seemed it would be oversized on me, so it just felt extra disheartening to have it not fit. It really is a beautiful sweater, not sure what I'll do with it.

Beautiful colours and wonderfully soft. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is the very tight sleeves. I sized up and still cannot comfortably wear a long sleeve underneath.

It's thick and soft and the color palette is very pretty. I wanted something I would always reach for and this is exactly that
